I had my first visit today after moving to the area with my two now senior cats. Dr. Smith and Cindy, the vet tech, were so great! The visit didn’t feel rushed and they explained so much more about my cats health than our previous vet ever did. They even let me accompany one of my cats to the lab for blood work. I feel like we are in good hands here!
Just Cats Clinic is a terrific resource for cat owners. I’ve had cats for over 30 years and this is the best vet experience I’ve ever had. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, they have an excellent range of diagnostic equipment and the environment is beautiful and calming. Having a cat-only environment is really helpful for a skittish cat. Even the exam rooms are comfortable and designed for a kitty’s comfort (they have places to explore or “hide”). Everyone is so nice, and the medical expertise is outstanding. I feel like they take the time to listen to any concerns and thoroughly evaluate the cat. Follow-up has been thorough and the doctors have been accessible via email. Definitely a quality experience. I highly recommend Just Cats Clinic.
First visit with my formal feral. I really liked the idea of taking her to a cat only clinic, but was still really worried. The staff was fantastic from the moment I first emailed them. Very communicative with any questions. And the appointment went better than I expected. They were so patient and gentle with my little girl. And with my questions and concerns. The clinic itself is also so calming, almost home like. I think I will be using them from now on for all 3 of my babies.
